Mechanical precision machining, welding of mesh inserts, final assembly including seals. Water filters were made for the company operating in food industry. A multi-step process of creating filters was developed with the use of professional Amro Met’s technical background: CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, TIG welding machines and hydraulic press.
The filter consists of several elements milled and turned from aluminium and stainless steel, woven wire mesh, seals and membranes. Aluminium elements were subjected to anodizing and metal parts to passivation process as corrosion protection
